Am looking at the historic weather in Vilnius over the last 30 years for today, 2nd March, and for some reason global warming doesn’t appear to be happening here:

What’s more the Lithuanians have the audacity to say it rains alot in the UK when it’s rained here on the 2nd March 21 times in the last 30 years!

Hmmm.
