Dr JP makes a small error when discussing Piaget in this video titled ‘Why has everyone gone crazy?’. This misunderstanding misses the fundamental component of Piaget’s work on the Evolution of Intelligence and thought within the lifecycle of the’psyche’ BUT, also in his underlying understanding, and proofs of the mechanism of evolution of the biological system from which the psyche is a manifestation ( see Piaget’s book Adaptation and Intelligence – Organic Selection and the Phenocopy Chicago University Press 1980)

Here is my slightly modified comment on the video, which in NO WAY is criticising Dr Peterson, from whom we have all learnt so much.

Small error, but big consequence… Yes Piaget realised that the phenotype precedes the genotype and that hereditary fixing as a result of ‘directed’ exploratory adaptation can occur in the lifetime of the organism as a result of a changing environment. Not just for biological structures but for psychological ones too. Intelligence is thus plastic and is susceptible to the conditioning environment right now, in the present, i.e to society, social media and also to forces of manipulation and control. When you know that the truth has been actively hidden from you and you were sold a little lie in school in the form of ‘fortuitous random mutation’ as the underlying evolutionary mechanism, they simply replaced the truth of intelligent ‘imminent’ directed adaptation ( the ‘miraculous’ which is in fact GOD ) with the lie of a mechanistic ‘automatic’ process requiring no intellegence ( just like those who proposed the idea), ask yourself why? Remove the divinity from the process and kill God at the same time. Meditate fully on the ramifications of this truth. Man kills God, Man licences himself to subjugate Man. It’s not rocket science! Your spiritual birthright and inherent divinity is being denied to you if you blindly listen to and believe the bullshit of ‘establishment’ fools. JP constantly calls out these fools for the liars and manipulators they are. We must also forgive them for not only do they they “know not what they do”, they know not what they say.

 
Forgiving in no way condones dangerous beliefs, ideas and ideologies, it just releases one from the psychic and concommittent physical damage resulting from not letting go.. not bending like a reed in the wind.
